Is this an e-card or a physical card?
It is a physical card the size of a bank card, printed with your design. Its built-in NFC chip opens your video, voice message or page on a compatible phone — no app, nothing to install.
What do they see when they tap it?
Whatever you put behind it: a video of you, a voice note, a few photos, or a small page with all three. You choose, and you can change it from your account any time without replacing the card.
Do I have to record the video before ordering?
No. Start with a note and preview your page. Add your video or message when you’re ready, before choosing a physical card.
Can I keep it private?
Yes. Add a password to the page so only the person holding the card can open it.
Does it work on their phone?
Any recent iPhone or Android phone opens it with a tap. Hold the card to the top of the phone. There is a QR code option too if you would rather they scan it.
How soon does it arrive?
We print, test and dispatch within 24 hours of your paid order, with free tracked US shipping. That is dispatch time, not delivery time. If you have a date, ask before ordering.
