Is this a different kind of Dote card?
No. It is a regular Dote card with a design that asks for a review. Customize both sides and choose what it opens, just like any other card.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Change the words, fonts, colors and images on the front and back in the designer. The review layout is only a starting point.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes. Use your Dote account to change the link or memory without replacing the card. It can open your review page today and your menu, website or another supported destination later.
Do customers need an account or an app?
They do not need a Dote account or app to open the card. The review service may ask them to sign in to leave a review. You need a free Dote account to manage the card’s memories.
Does it work with tap and scan?
The review layout includes a QR code. Both that code and the card’s NFC chip open the same destination.
