Do customers need to sign in?
They need no Dote account or app to open the card. Google or your other review platform may require sign-in to post a review.
Is this a special product with a separate price?
No. It is a regular custom Dote card that points to your review page. The usual card pricing applies.
Can I change the review link later?
Yes. Update its destination from your Dote account without replacing the card.
What is included?
Your custom card, its NFC chip, and access to manage what it opens from your free Dote account. Customize either side before ordering. US tracked shipping is included.

You can start designing without an account. A free Dote account is needed to add and manage the card’s digital content after ordering.
How soon does it arrive?
We print or engrave, test and dispatch within 24 hours of your paid order. That is dispatch time, not delivery time. If you have a deadline, ask before ordering.
