Before you order
Can the page be private to family?
Yes. Add a password from your account and share it only with the people you want to have access.
Can these go in an order of service?
Yes. The cards are the size of a bank card and can be handed out at a funeral or celebration of life.
I need them by a particular date. Can you help?
Please tell us the date before ordering. We dispatch within 24 hours, but delivery takes additional time and an arrival date is not guaranteed.
What is included?
Your custom card, its NFC chip, and access to manage what it opens from your free Dote account. Customize either side before ordering. US tracked shipping is included.
Do I need an account to design or order?
You can start designing without an account. A free Dote account is needed to add and manage the card’s digital content after ordering.
How soon does it arrive?
We print or engrave, test and dispatch within 24 hours of your paid order. That is dispatch time, not delivery time. If you have a deadline, ask before ordering.
